Ingredients: Molokhia Leaves, Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves, Lemon Juice, Ghee, Garlic, Oil, Pepper, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Coriander Seed, Cloves, Ginger.
Place 30ml of olive oil in a shallow pan over medium heat, allow oil to heat up. Add contents of the container to the pan and sauté until molokhai has heated through. Add additional seasoning if required. Place into service dish. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and serve.
